These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CWT Roofing & Construction website and any services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

CWT Roofing & Construction provides residential and commercial roofing services throughout the DFW Metro area and surrounding Texas communities, including roof installation, repair, replacement, inspections, coating, and commercial roofing. Specific terms, scope of work, and pricing for any project will be detailed in a separate written estimate or contract provided to you before work begins.

2. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if additional damage, structural issues, or scope changes are discovered once work begins. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding. Written approval is required for work exceeding the original estimate.

3. Scheduling and Access

You agree to provide reasonable access to your property at the agreed-upon times. If access is denied or delayed due to circumstances within your control, we reserve the right to reschedule and may charge a cancellation or rescheduling fee where applicable.

4. Payment

Payment terms will be specified in your project agreement. Unless otherwise stated in writing, payment is due upon completion of work. We accept the payment methods listed in your estimate. Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees as permitted by Texas law.

5. Warranties

We stand behind our work. Our services come with:

  • Workmanship warranty — 15 years on labor and installation, covering defects resulting from our work.
  • Manufacturer warranty — Material warranties vary by product and manufacturer. We will provide documentation for any applicable manufacturer warranty upon project completion.

Warranties are void if damage results from misuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, acts of nature beyond normal weather exposure, or failure to maintain the roof following our recommendations. Warranties are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Insurance Claims Assistance

We are happy to assist you document storm or weather damage for insurance purposes. However, we cannot guarantee the outcome of any insurance claim. Final approval and payment decisions rest solely with your insurance provider. We do not engage in any practices that constitute insurance fraud and expect the same from our customers.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CWT Roofing & Construction's liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Property Condition

Roofing work may cause minor vibrations or disturbances that could affect fragile items inside your home. We recommend securing or removing fragile items from walls, shelves, and attic spaces prior to work beginning. CWT Roofing & Construction is not responsible for pre-existing damage or incidental interior disturbances caused by standard roofing activities.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel a scheduled project with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, or after materials have been ordered or delivered for your project, may be subject to a restocking or cancellation fee as specified in your project agreement.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first so we can work toward a fair resolution. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal proceedings shall take place in Tarrant County, Texas.

11. Website Use

The content on our website — including text, images, logos, and service descriptions — is the property of CWT Roofing & Construction and may not be reproduced or used without written permission. We make no guarantee that the website will be available without interruption or error.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
