Common questions
How do I know if my roof needs replacing?
A few common signals: it's over 20 years old, you're seeing multiple leaks, shingles are curling or missing in several spots, or you've got granules piling up in the gutters. The only real way to know is to have someone look at it. We do free inspections and we'll give you a straight answer on whether it's time.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. Free inspections, photo documented findings, and written estimates, no sales pressure. If a repair is the better call than a replacement, we'll tell you.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most single family homes in DFW take one to three days, depending on size, pitch, and weather. We'll give you a clear schedule before we start and update you if anything changes.
What roofing materials do you offer?
Asphalt shingles (including Class 4 impact-rated), standing seam and exposed-fastener metal, clay and concrete tile, and flat-roof membranes including TPO and EPDM for commercial work. If you're not sure what's right for your home, we'll walk you through the options.
Are your roofers certified and insured?
Yes. Every crew is fully certified, insured, and trained. We carry general liability and we can provide certificates on request.
Do you offer warranties?
Yes. Manufacturer warranties on materials, plus a 7 year workmanship warranty on labor. We stand behind what we build.
Can you help with insurance claims?
Yes. For storm damage we document everything with photos and a written report to support your claim. We don't file claims for you, but we'll make sure you have what you need and we'll coordinate with your adjuster during the inspection if that's helpful.
Do you do emergency repairs?
Yes. We're on call 24/7 for active leaks and storm damage. Call the main line and we'll get someone out.
